i like the idea of a small simple map where 
newbies and experencied players can have a *fun* 
deathmatch. this map is that kind of level, its 
good for new players, and experienced players 
should have some fun too. 

i've tested it with 1on1 games, and i'm guessing 
that 2on1 could be fun (2 ppl with rockets, one 
with Crossbows maybe?) 2on2? i have know idea, 
could work but would have to be team based. i 
think a FFA with 4 players would be silly :]

i spent about 3 hours trying to work out 
env_sound, and i decided that this is a buggy 
piece of code. i had a *chamber* type room 
effect, and if you died in the with the *chamber* 
sound on, u respawned with it, so i placed an 
env_sound off near the respawn points, and the 
env_sound chamber went buggy (didn't come on!). 
i think it could work well in a single player 
game, but for now (or until i can *really* 
work it out) i think its buggy, but i got it 
to *kind of* work most of the time on this map. 
i noticed the map halls2 had it working, but the 
bug was still on this level, less noticeable 
but still there. (there is almost no where to 
respawn without entering a env_sound area on 
halls2, this also seems to be the only fix) :[

this map was tested on a p133 (in software) and 
a pII 300 with a Voodoo1. and it played well on 
both.
